After 14 follow-up messages from us and 9 months, they finally fixed the doors. They have terrible customer service. Our sales rep, Will, was very helpful in helping us to make our final decision. His product knowledge was exceptional. The team installing the windows was headed up by Danny. He and his crew did an exceptional job and did not attempt to cut any corners. We had all of the windows and trim stained by Jeff, who went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied that the color matched the current crown molding and chair railing. On the day of installation, there was an issue where three of the windows were damaged in shipment. Matt called prior to arrival to make me aware of the situation. He ordered the windows and they were ready to be installed within 3 weeks.
