> Countertop quality is lacking. Shine fading in multiple spots, discoloring in multiple spots scratches across entire top.  The owner is impossible to get in touch with & when he does finally respond, he does not follow through with anything.  We have been dealing with the issues for 8 months & the counters need to be replaced.  They tried repairing them but were unsuccessful.  These are not an inexpensive investment but the owner simply does not care.  We have had these counters in another home without this issue, but it was owned by a different person then & they were much more attentive.  I would not recommend this company or product.
