> Michael Höfner, the principal, is the most creative, visionary, and collaborative architect I've ever worked with - and I have worked with many over the years, doing historic rehabilitation. His approach to design/budget constraints is to come up with something better, more unique, and that adds to the project as a whole. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  - Description: This is a tiny 1/2 bath in an historic home. The original floor and medicine cabinet are retained, and the remaining fixtures, furnishings and surfaces are updated. Lighting, heater and exhaust fan are hidden, for a sleek, minimalist effect. The concept is to cut out all the background detail so the face in the mirror is the only thing visible. Several trick details are not evident in the sketches - watch for updates as the project proceeds.
