Granite Granite Inc. thrived by providing high quality materials at affordable prices from across the globe. In 2010, the first satellite location was started in Corpus Christi, TX with a subsequent location being started in Shreveport, LA in 2012. In order to keep up with the demands of consumers, Granite Granite Inc. moved to its present location on 10410 Hempstead Rd. a construction material corridor in Houston, TX. We were in the process of having our condo rebuilt in Rockport, TX that was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. We picked out a quartz slab at Granite Granite and we’re told it would be reserved for us. The company that was doing the fabrication and installation in Rockport, TX picked up the quartz and did the fabrication and installed while we were babysitting our granddaughter in Dallas. > Much to my surprise when we returned m, the quartz was not the one we had picked out and reserved. I picked out a white quartz with grey veins and this quartz was grey with grey veins...definitely not what I picked out. > We contacted the store in Corpus and we were treated very rudely and they accused me of being a liar. > We then.called the owners of the company in Houston and once again received no solution and the owners of this company were extremely rude. Their customer service did not exist.
