We chose DFH after hearing other positive reviews from others in the neighborhood who had had similar projects done. Michael met with us on multiple occasions to discuss the ideas we were envisioning and transform them into a good design plan. He was knowledgeable about the city permit process, dealing with insurance and finding ways to save money on the project. He was transparent about project costs and his roofing subcontractor did a good job as well. He stopped by frequently to make sure things were going well and according to plan. Since 2020 there have been industry-wide issues with procuring materials and meeting project demands, and while these factors did delay our project a bit we were pleased by the communication throughout. Financially we felt we paid a fair price for the work involved as well.
