Rob has swung the hammer the whole time, not just managing projects but also laboring on most projects to create the best possible product with his extensive knowledge of the industry & his trusted employees & quality subcontractors. Precision Design, Inc. will often do many phases of the carpentry work on most projects with their master craftsmanship abilities. Rob is not a builder who simply manages people to build his homes, he also personally works on most projects with his crew installing interior finish carpentry, sometimes doing the foundations, the framing & the siding too.

> Rob Bohan (Precision Design) was my general contractor on a major remodel I did to my home in north Seattle during 2006-7.
> I used an architect for design plans but during the actual remodel Rob was incredibly effective in making practical improvements and creative changes to those plans as needed.  Rob chose and hired excellent subs for cabinets, electrical, plumbing, paint and design etc.  He did most of the finishing work himself and for the past 12 years I have received much praise and compliments from friends and visitors about the quality and appearance of the work he did (most of which was his own design).
> Quality work, creative touches, great subs,  constant and easy communication and a spectacular finished product completed on a timely basis.
> Proof is in the viewing.  If you wish to view his work first hand I would be happy to have Rob arrange a tour if that helps!
> It has been 12 years but his work stands the test of time and looks great today.
