> I hired Innovative Building and Remodeling to remodel a unit in a duplex.  The scope was new flooring, interior paint, kitchen counters, window coverings, new bathroom, new appliances and many other small fixes.  Their crew did an excellent job, quality work and quality services. ...on time.   There was a few items they missed.  Once I pointed them out, they jumped right on them without question (rare in the construction business).  Their fees are not cheap or expensive.  I found their cost to be very fair.  They did not nickle and dime me....and I felt I was also fair to them.  I highly recommend them and plan to use them again.  I am an architect and it is very hard to find a contractor that does quality remodeling to the level I am accustom to.
