Our porch columns and bay window trim was rotting and he removed it all and replaced with vinyl posts and pvc trim. It looks great and no maintenance! He also redesigned and renovated my entire master bathroom and it is beautiful! The ability he has to put on paper and bring to life what is in your mind is stellar. Doing work in a home built in the 90's will always have surprise issues once demo starts but he easily found solutions. You will not find a more genuine, honest, hard working, talented contractor. I got 4-5 different contractor quotes to complete a partial bathroom remodel and I chose to go with Lilmac for a few reasons. Ron was extremely professional, communicative, and punctual. His price estimate landed right in the middle of all the quotes I received, and still within my expected budget. I am a firm believer of "good work ain't cheap & cheap work ain't good." Ron and his teammate Joey are very personable and did an excellent job completing my bathtub tear out, tub installation, tile work, and some plumbing. After my bathroom remodel, Ron, Joey, and Ron's father Roger (who is a licensed electrician) came back to do a ton of electrical work for me, which included changing out light fixtures and upgrading sockets & switches. I have dealt with quite a few contractors in the past who are very difficult to get ahold of and just bad at communication in general - this is not Ron. I tend to get overwhelmed. I have referred them to my closest friend and family and will continue to. I love that Ron communicates clearly and sets expectations.
