One of his sub-trades did some work that was not according to specifications, and Ryan took the initiative to have it redone at no additional cost to ensure it was up to his high standards. After our project was completed, one of our faucets was dripping (manufacturer defect) and Ryan worked with us to ensure this was properly fixed. This level of communication was before the quote, during the quote and after the deposit was paid. He promised to start the first day of work on a Tuesday but weather caused a delay at another job site and he called me the day before to let me know. It was nice to be informed instead of wondering why a contractor never showed up. I was away for a few days, he sent texts and he took pictures to keep me up to date on the progress. > > Quote process - During the quoting process he made it a point to look take into account all the things that could go wrong due to the condition of the structure underneath since it was hidden until demolition occurred.
