> Purchase windows through Certified Home Services and has an outstanding invoice of 4,810.82.  This invoice has been outstanding since 8/28/25.  Talked to the homeowner and he paid HGC for the windows and Hector never went back to finish the project.

> I have already recommended HGC Construction to multiple friends and will continue to do so! Hector is honest, knowledgeable, and skilled. After buying a bungalow in Denver (built in 1890) I needed someone to come in and do quite a bit of work. We removed a couple of walls, removed an old staircase (added a spiral) exposed some brick, uncovered some beautiful origional hardwood floors, discovered the ceiling could be raised 2 feet (a game changer) all thanks to Hector and his team. The drywall, wood floors, and ceilings saw the most transformation and his contractors did such beautiful work, I get complements from everyone who sees my house. We moved plumbing around in the Kitchen and even knocked out an exterior wall to add a beautiful new sliding glass door. Last but not least, Hector's team built an incredible exterior fence separating my front and back yards. They saved as much historic material and we were able to reuse or repurpose all most everything!

He and I both made sure I was present for important decisions (it took us 2 hours to get the placement of the staircase just right, but he remained patient and attentive throughout the whole decision process.) I was also able to accurately sketch out or digitally mock up my ideas, so he and his team had a clear understanding of my vision. If I had to say anything negative, I would just say that sometimes he was overloaded with work, so he would run behind sometimes but I feel like that is renovation in general. He would always communicate and keep me updated on timing so I was never in the dark.
