Our experience with Luis and his company was marvelous and, we will continue working with him in any future home improvement endeavors. The attention to detail, curiosity and outright dedication Luis puts into his work is what sold us. Rarely you will find people like him in this line of business. **★★★★★ — FATTO SU MISURA, Aug. 2023** > We highly recommend Buildana Construction for your next renovation. I own a custom cabinetry factory and we recently collaborated with them on a kitchen renovation. Their flawless coordination, attention to detail, and excellent communication were truly impressive. They not only maintained clear and effective communication with us but also demonstrated remarkable dedication to understanding and fulfilling their clients' needs. Luis was very professional all along the process and was on top of everything. Choose Buildana Construction with confidence for a renovation experience that exceeds expectations. **★★★★★ — joanna ledezma, June 2023** > The customer service at Buildana Construction is amazing! No matter how much you can spend, they value your investment, respect your time, and consistently meet your expectations. It's truly rare to find this kind of service in one place. A friend recommended Buildana Construction to me, and I'm extremely happy with my choice. Luis was really helpful and responsive, answering all my questions and accommodating changes to the design. They remodeled both of my bathrooms and replaced all the flooring in my house, and I'm thrilled with the meticulous attention to detail they showed. I highly recommend them! **★★★★★ — Floor replacement and stairs, June 2023** > They are extremely professional and extremely reliable, I had some contractors in the past leaving little details left and right, not this company. Companies offer you the big picture, but the magic is when you go to your home and the little details look pristine!! Five stars **★★★★★ — chaseclaudia, May 2023** > We collaborated with Luis for our residential project, and he went beyond what we expected. Luis possesses extensive knowledge and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills, resulting in a seamless execution of our project. He efficiently managed permits, change orders, and plan revisions, ensuring everything was handled promptly. > > Luis was always polite and effectively handled communication with our contractor and their team. He remained proactive throughout the entire project, which we greatly appreciated. We are thrilled to begin our next project with his company and highly recommend him. ## Selected projects - [Guzman Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/guzman-residence-pj-vj~7186540) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 8 - [Kitchen Renovation](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-renovation-pj-vj~7225793) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [DBA -Spec Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/dba-spec-home-pj-vj~7216885) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 [See all 3 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/buildana-construction-pfvwus-pf~726164390) ## Ideabooks - [My Project](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/167459428/list/my-project) — 18 ideas [See all 1 ideabook](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/buildanaconstruction) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
