Founder Brent Bohrer believes true luxury comes from intention, not excess. Nothing is accidental. From the way light enters a room to the way a home opens onto its outdoor space, each decision is made with care and long-term value in mind.

The process begins with listening. Brent guides each client through a trust-based conversation about how they live and how they want their home to feel, creating clarity early so the entire build feels like a refined experience rather than a series of decisions made under pressure. Working in close collaboration with architects, designers, and craftsmen, he protects quality from first sketch to final walkthrough.
