As a realtor, the company respected my knowledge and eye for architecture. They were a great partner in taking a standard plan and allowing me to customize it. The building experience went very smoothly including building deadlines and my budget. From interior selections to revising walls, the entire team was easy to work with and always available for assistance. Some of my favorite parts of my home are the walk-in pantry, free-standing tub, beautiful Carrera marble, trim detail, overall craftsmanship. They did a great job with my patio which is positioned between my home and detached garage and I love it! We recently, at 54, decided we wanted to downsize. We only had to look at our gorgeous home once and knew immediately that we wanted to work with this incredible company. We met with the Owner, President and Broker once and were on our way to owning our home. Everyone associated with Carbine treated us with respect and kindness whether we were calling, meeting in person, texting or emailing from start to finish.
