Having gone through several large scale home projects with contractors, I can confidently say that my experience with HK was the best by far. They take you through the entire process from start to finish: design, hardware/cabinet/countertop selection and build-out. Maryanne Reynolds, one of the designers, was fantastic and presented us with several design options (in exact 3D detail) that catered to what we wanted and also drew on her years of experience knowing what will look best upon completion. We never felt rushed and she was devoted to ensuring we both had a design we were happy with. When it came time for construction, Kevin Connolly orchestrated all of the contractors (carpenter, plumber, electrician, countertop specialists and cabinet deliveryman) to ensure there were no gaps in work. He kept us informed every step of the way as to the work schedule in the coming days, and we were never left wondering what was happening. One of their master carpenters, Chris Sullivan, was responsible for the cabinet installation. Chris has an obvious passion for his work and has an extreme breadth of knowledge from his years of experience in home construction. His work is truly a work of art. It is rare to find people like Chris these days, and we are grateful that he gave us the kitchen of our dreams. It goes without saying that Homestead Kitchens comes with my highest recommendation should you decide you want to remodel one of the most important areas of your home.
