I met with a few companies to discuss what I wanted. Cabinet Designers was the best fit for me personally. From the first day when I stopped in unannounced and Mark introduced himself, to the day that Jesse and Heather came and looked at the space as it was, to the day I was presented with designs to choose from, I always felt respected and heard. I loved the fact that my many many emails of questions were always answered by Heather and that she worked with my style of I don't know what I want, but I know what I don't want. I loved that I did not have to go any further and look for contractors etc. Buck was always professional and did a great job. Overall I am ecstatic with the space as it is now. The redesign has made the house so much more open and welcoming. I have had to work from home since March and am truly grateful beyond words for how this has changed my home. The bathroom, that was painted in a color that I personally wouldn't have chosen, turned out even better than I had hoped for as did the whole project -- a curbless\\doorless long shower area, interesting tiles, moldling, lighting, and cabinets with appropriate hardware. The changes fit perfectly with the rest of my 1850 era restored home. I love the accessibility but worry about a constantly wet floor. A: Hi, Patricia! If you look at where the subway tile meets the floor on the left hand side of the shower, you'll notice that the shower floor is slightly pitched to allow the water to run into the linear drain.
