In place of old cabinets with no organization, we now have beautiful full - height cherry cabinets with excellent storage. There was hardwood flooring under part of the space that we were renovating. A: Thank you for your question. The top drawer is 6" tall and the bottom two drawers 12" in height each. As far as any tips concerning drawer heights, we recommend using a three-drawer base such as the one shown here either right under a cook top or beside it for deep pots and pans storage.
