I am very new to home renovating and we are looking to start in the next year or so... It's a small room and needs serious help A: It really depends on what you want to do. I would consider Pulling w/d away from the left corner and add "L" shaped cabinets and built in dog crate to window wall with a laundry sink. Leave floor alone and spend on the upgrade unless floor is in disrepair. This project could easily cost $5 if done right by a design /contractor... like me. **Q: Need help with kitchen** *(in Design Dilemma)* Hello, Our kitchen is about 7 years old and we want to bring more color into it. We are thinking of changing the cabinets, at least the glass part of them... Any good ideas for a new backsplash? In the pictures you will see we have black granite and white tiles on the walls. Maybe change the floor as well. Any suggestions? A: I would look at Glazzio tiles. A linear random color palette with blues, creams , white and dark grey. That would make it pop and tie in the stainless and cream with black ctop. black or white appliances will not help. Our kitchen planner showed us the Fabuwood cabinets, which were very economical, but very mixed reviews online - please help!
