I hired Dalia to remodel my family room and work with our contractor on an addition we were putting on our house (study & master bathroom). Starting from our very first conversation, Dalia was extremely professional, very kind, hard working and incredibly responsive. She's a great communicator and a wonderful listener - she never forgot the guidance I gave her for the feel of the space I was looking for (serene, calm, beautiful and kid friendly). Her expertise and experience is impressive - she helped guide me when I asked and she had an uncanny ability to present fabrics, furniture, ideas or colors to me that were exactly what I was envisioning. Dalia made it easy for me! She has construction experience as well, so she was incredibly helpful to me when I had questions about the construction process or when I should focus on certain things with the contractor. She also worked extremely well with him, based on her own knowledge, which relieved a lot of anxiety I was feeling and helped the project run smoother. > > Dalia was always focused on my budget and making sure to stay within the parameters and to think creatively about how to achieve a certain look at a lower cost. Her guidance and creativity was invaluable and helped me save tens of thousands of dollars. Her billing was timely and comprehensive. She always looked ahead to ensure we stayed on schedule and all deadlines were met. There were a few situations that came up where a vendor made a mistake and Dalia spent her free time getting those issues resolved for me (at no cost) - she respected the deadlines and did everything possible to make sure nothing went wrong. Dalia went out of her way, which was a testament to her dedication to her work and her clients. She truly cares about what she does and making her clients happy. She is so easy to work with, such a pleasure. I always felt like my project was a priority, she was tremendous at getting things done and moving things forward and making sure I was always up to speed on what was happening.
