We first went to their store to get an idea of what products and styles they had available and then set up an appointment with Angela Hirst, interior designer, to come to our home and measure and help with the matching of fabric and styles. It took about 3 weeks for our shades to be made, which isn't long at all. The installers Ruben and Johnathan set everything up and helped program our remote to operate the shades.
