These folks talk straight and follow through. Even many years after closing they continued to make it easy to honor various warranty or workmanship repairs, provided construction details to home improvement vendors and came on-site to meet with my wife and me when we had concerns or questions about the home. Hey. How often can one say that running run into their builder around town is a welcome experience--- That they are glad to see them?
