> Our 29 year old kitchen needed a face lift and we originally planned to manage it ourselves through a big box store.  Then I decided having someone to coordinate everything would be best.  I saw good reviews about Christian and her team at Convict Hill Flooring so my husband and I went to her storefront.  Very quickly we were comfortable with her expertise and liked the fact that she has worked with all her contractors for many years.  We also heard about a real estate agent who uses her for all his renovation projects and highly recommended her.  She and all her crews (flooring, tile, counter tops, painters, electrician, plumber) were excellent.  She helped us make our choices and worked to coordinate the work in as short a time period as possible  She provided good direction and info and was always extremely responsive when we had questions or issues.  We would definitely use her again for a future project.  For this one we had new wood like tile put in our laundry, kitchen and dining areas; new tile in entry; had existing cabinets painted in kitchen, laundry, and two baths; new sinks, faucets and counter tops in kitchen, bar, and two baths; new tile back splash in kitchen; the back door replaced, and appliances installed.  It's not fun to go through a remodel, but she and her team certainly made it manageable and as pleasant as possible.  Christian knows her stuff and is a professional who can be trusted.  We are very happy with the results and the fresh look and it is my pleasure to recommend her.

> This was our first experience with the remodeling process and Christian and her staff made it as easy as possible for us first-timers.  Our project included wooden floors throughout the downstairs and new countertops and tile work in the kitchen.  The project took 9 working days, as Christian had predicted, and there was no downtime between the various crews.  The crews arrived as planned each day, worked throughout the day and were very professional.  The craftsmanship was very impressive and we are thrilled with the results.  Also the level of communication with Christian and Brad  was exceptional and we quickly learned that if we had a question, we would hear back from one of them typically within an hour if not sooner.  Considering they were dealing with customers with engineering and accounting backgrounds, they came to expect questions from us on a regular basis and never failed to get back with us, in a cheerful and professional manner.   These guys did a really good job and it was a pleasure working with them.

**Q: Name of back splash please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This is my house and I'm really bad at keeping track of what materials I use. I was trying to make the cabinets look better. I pondered all weekend about where I got this backsplash but I just can't remember. It's stone and it is the stick size rather than the 1/2" size. You should be able to find a ton of similar pieces. Are you in austin?

A: Thanks!  
The shower is 4' x 3'6". I clipped the corner of the shower so that it wouldn't stick out.

A: I have no idea. I don't typically keep track of paint. I'm sorry I can't help.

**Q: Where is the ceiling pendant from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I'm sorry. I don't know. The customer provided those and I hung them.

My husband and inane having a house built in Long Island, NY and we loved the back splash of this kitchen and wanted to know where you found this particular one at. Also what is the paint color in this kitchen/ house cause we love that, too. Thank you!

A: Backsplash is Bliss Element Natural Blend Random Strip Mosaic. I bought it from a local company called stone solutions. I don't know who distributes in your area. It's a very economical product.

A: I think it's santa Cecilia but can't swear to it.
