What is the name/size of the gravel used?

A: 3" Colorado River Rock. . . good luck with your project.

**Q: Was the firepit custom made from mild carbon steel?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This was a custom firepit.  4' diameter / 18" exposed above grade and 1/4" mild steel.

A: These are 2' x 4' Austin White Limestone slabs.  It comes in 2 1/4" and 1 1/4" thicknesses.

A: Gray lueders limestone.  It's a top-notch material and quite a bit tougher than standard Austin White limestone.  Good luck with your project!

How many tons did you use with the sawn limestone? Approx how many sq ft is the patio?

A: We used around 8 tons of 2 1/4" limestone slabs.  The patio was approximately 700 square feet.  Thanks for the question.

**Q: How thick is the limestone stone for the patio area? Is it 1 1/2" or 2** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It's 2 1/4" thick.  This is dry set so without mortar the stone needs the extra thickness so it doesn't crack or shift.  Good luck with your project and please let me know if there are any other questions I can answer.
