He was very attentive, with excellent attention to detail and available at all times. The installation was flawless. Everyone that I worked with from this company was friendly and professional. Even after all work was completed and the balance due was paid, Raul followed up to confirm that I was happy with the job. The company was unprofessional in their suggestions to the problems, their lack of responsiveness, unanswered calls, and unwillingness to take responsible for the defects of the stone, cutting and quality assurance before the install. > > The first installation had massive scratches throughout the Quartz countertops. The seams were not aligned with the raised bar, they caulked everything to hide their mistakes which were evident. Sent workers to buff out scratches with magic eraser and denatured alcolhol - unbelievable. Then they send representatives and said they would buff out with electrical buffers - scheduled and never showed up. Then we finally get a resolution from the owner for a full replacment. He said to call him from here on out. Well that didn't take place - it got put back on the hands of a project manager again. > > The second installation was better with the single cut of the raised bar instead of it being split (should of never been split). Still have scratches and they claim that this is normal. If this was normal why did they replace the original Quartz. **★ — HU-347118059, Sept. 2022** > I initially ordered a countertop through Lowes. Whereas I was not there, my husband shared the installers were friendly, professional and neat. When I saw the photos, I saw they'd put white caulk around the seams. I sent an email, and to this very day, no response. I called, and whoever answered was going to call me back. That never happened. Next, I reached out to the sales agent who put a "rush" on an island countertop and "matching caulk." > > Months in, and four weeks after that, today I learn there was no scheduled installation, the island stone was scratched, and they DO NOT use matching caulk. > > No answers ... no installation dates ... just a run around and an offer to refund money with a job half done. > > Someone should step back, lead with intention and figure out why everyone provides nothing short of horrific service while the customer is at their mercy because you need to finish a job they would prefer to give a refund for rather than own, correct and ensure doesn't continue to be their pattern of behavior. **★ — donnas70 ., July 2022** > I do not recommend using this company: unfortunately going through Home Depot I did not have a choice. After the countertop was installed my stove does not fit. I have to buy a new stove now and even then I can’t do that until they remove a piece they installed that is preventing a stove/oven from going all the way to the wall. For days they have scheduled to come out and remove the piece, but continuously they just don’t show up. I have to hire a new contractor to come fix what they’ve done. **★ — HU-611171818, Nov. 2019** > They installed a granite countertop in our kitchen. The seam placements were not good or as laid out during the design review. Regardless of who’s right or wrong on the seams, the following morning 2 of the seams broke apart completely! I believe this was caused by improper leveling and subsequent stress. Their workers were unprofessional in every regard. They were disrespectful to my home, they did not clean up their work area when they were "through". I was so excited to have my new $7000 countertops installed and this company made me wish I had just lied with the old ones.
