They were very quick and efficient in doing the job. They even took the time to sand down some of the rough edges around the sink! **★★★★★ — wattrat, June 2025** > We are repeat customers to AMC Countertops, excellent service and product brings us back, again and again! We would recommend this company to anyone looking for countertops! **★★★★★ — Nawras Alshoubaki, March 2025** > I found out about AMC through a mutual friend, and I’m so grateful for the recommendation—it turned out to be a fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything has been seamless. The fabrication and installation were top-notch, and the quality exceeded my expectations. > > A special shoutout to Amy and Pam from the showroom—they are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. Despite my multiple requests and last-minute changes, they handled everything with understanding and professionalism. Their customer service truly sets them apart. > > If you’re looking for exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding service, I highly recommend AMC. They’ve earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again! **★★★★★ — Lea, Nov. 2022** > Love our new countertops! Install was easy and painless from our side and the finished product was more than we expected. **★ — HU-287828206, Aug. 2022** > Only reason I gave a one star comment is that zero stars are not an option . Instructions on the project were wrong from the start and response to my emails were never answered. Forget trying to talk to someone because all phone calls were screened by someone and you never got to talk to anyone. When installers showed up they did not have the brackets to mount the sink they did not know they needed them . The second counter top was not cut correctly (you could see that just by looking at it) and the hole cut out for the undermount sink was chipped and was not polished like a undermount sink is required. They were taking it back to the shop for repair and were scheduled to return the next day. Phone call later in the day cannot return because of scheduling issues and must wait 6 additional days to install. So - We have no bathrooms with counter tops or sinks. This is the service you can expect from AMC. But don't try to call them because you WILL NOT be able to talk to anyone. **★★★★★ — Kathy Nissen, April 2022** > Pam did a excellent job in helping us match a new granite countertop to an existing countertop. There were several remnants to choose from and Pam was able to execute the whole process very quickly. We would definitely work w AMC Countertops and Pam again! **★★★★★ — HU-212720306, Dec. 2021** > I am beyond impressed with AMC! From Pam in the showroom helping me pick the perfect quartz to Jose and his partner for the install….everything was amazing! I would recommend them without hesitation!!! Thank you SO much! > Jodi in Green Lake **★★★★★ — HU-13816672, Aug. 2021** > We ordered quartz counters and island top for our kitchen through AMC. The entire process was well organized and we were informed about what was happening throughout the process. The Showroom selection was simple, the estimate was accurate, the delivery was flawless, and the install was quick. I am particularly impressed by the care taken by the installers to make accurate field cuts and clean caulk lines. I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future. **Comment from AMC Countertops:** > Thank you for your kind message. It made our day! Kudos to Mindi and Carmina for the excellent customer service! > Measurement and installation were on time and quicker than we thought. > Very happy with the service and the work quality!....We love our quartz countertops! **Comment from AMC Countertops:** > Pilar, Customers like you make our job so much easier and fun! Thank you so much for your kind words. It has been a pleasure meeting you and helping you with your new countertops. We appreciate your trust in us! **★★★★★ — Pat Wille, Nov. 2018** > I had a very positive experience with AMC Countertops. I worked with Carmina in the showroom. She helped me choose a quartz countertop that worked with my existing cabinets and flooring. When I finally made my final decision and signed the paperwork, I was contacted with AMC a few days later requesting an installation date. Less than a week later my countertop was installed and it looks beautiful. The installers were friendly, neat and very particular (which I appreciated). And, it was very affordable compared to other quotes I received in the Milwaukee area. **Comment from AMC Countertops:** > Pat, it was a true pleasure working with you and I really enjoyed helping you select the perfect color for your vanity and your kitchen. Thank you for your kind words and thank you for being an awesome customer! **★★★★★ — Carole Westhuis, July 2018** > Wonderful people to work with... They were sincerely friendly and very professional. After browsing the showroom, I thought I had settled on the countertops for our dressing room area. Carmina suggested I take additional samples along. I am so glad she did because one of the samples was perfect for the space. Love the results and highly recommend them to everyone. All in all an amazing experience. **Comment from User:** > It has been a pleasure meeting you and helping you with your project! The countertop is Black Galaxy granite. Cabinets by Wilco Cabinet Makers in Green Bay, Wisconsin **Q: Granite sink?** *(in Photo Questions)* Wow - this is amazing! I am getting a black granite sink too, but worried it may get/look dirty - someone told me it is a lot of maintenance and need to clean after each use. Can you comment on this and what do you suggest? Love your look here. We are doing white, and want to make the black sink work like you did. Thanks! A: Definitely, black appliances and countertops will need more maintenance, but in reality you need to clean any sink after each use whether it is light or dark colored or stainless steel to make it look spotless. We have many customers who go with a black granite composite sink, like Swanstone, and they are really happy. If you are really picky, then it may bother you, otherwise, all white with a black sink will look beautiful and dramatic. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
