It is clear that Marc's extensive experience and ability to effectively juggle timing and costs of multiple subcontractors were keys to his successful simultaneous implementation of complex custom home construction projects. As home owners building a retirement home with many specific "age in place" features (elevator, raised appliances, no steps on ground level, etc,) we worked with a Home Designer for over 2 years to ensure our home had the characteristics we wanted.. We continued our significant involvement throughout the construction process, visiting the job site almost daily. Whenever we had questions, we contacted Marc and he was always fully responsive and communicated back quickly. Marc was on site daily and worked efficiently and effectively with the subcontractors, all of whom had praise for his organizational and managerial skills. Additionally, Marc's affable personality made it easy to work well together with both the subs and us as his clients. Marc consistently gave priority to the wishes of the homeowner, whenever possible. He was always concerned about the quality of work, length of time it would take and the budget. Our house was completed when planned and within the planned budget.
