**Q: How do you deal with lack of insulation below the floor above?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Great Question!  Generally when we completely finish a basement, we will install sound deadening insulation in the ceiling area. However some may not be able to afford a completely finished basement up front, and the exposed floor system, stained concrete and painted concrete walls provide and inexpensive but pleasing finish for the time being.  Thanks!
