With hundreds of contractors to choose from, Milo Construction  is always at the very top of my recommendation list as they produce a spectacular result.  They can rise to meet the special challenges of building in the coastal regions throughout Orange County. I have worked with Mike over the last 30 years and appreciate his vast knowledge, his detail oriented teams of subcontractors, and his upbeat attitude.

> Mike was an excellent Builder with the utmost of integrity.  We interviewed 5 builders for our remodel and from the start of the bidding process, Milo Construction was professional and objective in their proposed bid.  That carried through in the project.  Mike's attention to the budget, timing of the project and conveying realistic expectations to each facet of the construction kept surprises to a minimum.
> The sub-contractors working with Milo Construction were professional and also have a track record and history with Milo.
> Mikes background and experience with complex projects was evident whenever he worked with our architect, structural engineer and the city.  All projects run into some issues and the value of Mike's experience helped smooth out and resolve those issues.
> That experience also helped us avoid using certain materials that may not have performed as well but looked nice (ie. stone, tile).  Adjustments to some minor architectural issues were also addressed with as little disruption as possible.
> Our project was extensive, taking about 16 months from start to completion.  Mike's communication and progress reports were timely and clear.  Mike kept us in the loop without over-informing us.
> The best complement we can give Milo is that if we do another project, it would most certainly be with Mike and his team.
