Had an issue with the granite cracking weeks after completion and after two years the bull nose edging cracked and started falling off. David Schwank says it is out of warranty and therefore not his problem even though I had issues with the granite cracking soon after installation. > > Watch the work as they need to be shown errors during construction. I had the photos which showed support posts leaning which need to be corrected. I have seen you mention you use gas infra red heaters, but how are they cooled...How do you keep the weather/wind from coming up from the floors, are they insulated and enclosed underneath? A: Hi there! We have used wall mounted air conditioning units on some projects to cool things down in the summer. If we incorporate a deck drain system - and we often do - that helps to keep airflow coming up through the deck boards.
