We called MSCS first , due to some water damage in our kitchen. Mike inspected, told us what needed to be done and we decided to add additional flooring as well. He pointed out needed repairs and things we hadn't noticed in our existing flooring. He also suggested we call other companies for estimates, which we did. What was most interesting was that none of the other companies noticed what Mike did, and when I pointed out some of the things, the comments were that " Oh yes, we take care of that too".
