Today is Friday May 30, 2025. I was scheduled between 3-5 pm to replace a window that was cracked when installed.At 4.45 there’s a knock at the door. My dog barks, I close the dog in the bedroom and by the time I open the door they’re gone! Did a “ding and dash” it took me no longer than 45 seconds to open the door. I’m thinking of seeing a lawyer next week about this situation. Would not recommend Lowes/Farrow Construction at all. As a matter of fact I would discourage anyone I know looking to replace windows or doors. **★ — jack, Nov. 2024** > wife bought a new hurricane front door in august 2024 from lowes in stuart fl. Lowes sub contracts their jobs out to contractors by bids. door is still not installed completely and still waiting as of this review 11-18-24. no phone calls returned no one shows up for completion other that project manager and says no work today and leaves. said the company will call for appt setup on either thursday or friday and no calls yet. stay away from these people they get your monies and dont finish job on time if at all because im still waiting. During installation, we found a few parts to be defective. The manufacturer sent new parts. When I called Farrow Construction to be scheduled to install the parts, they would not return my call.
