This was for a floating LVP floor installation in an office of about 185 sq/ft. My contact was Nasim Athari who was very helpful, patient with my questions, and super responsive by both phone and email. I changed my mind multiple times during the process and Floors Etc. just rolled with it. The install scheduling was easy. The installation itself was done professionally and in about half a day. The team cleaned up the work site exceptionally well. The final product is beautiful. When we picked the rug up Matt himself was there waiting to help us get it into our truck and ensure the process went smoothly.
