> Gardner Builders, Inc. did our Michigan showroom build out during the end of 2020, while also during a world wide pandemic.  Gardner builders were my go to team while we coordinated construction from a locked down California.  They were communicative, organized and always kept me in the loop on progress or delays.  There were no surprises which during construction can happen, but they were always ahead of the curve.  Aside from their professionalism, Gardner Builders did an amazing job!!  Since moving in we have had a huge response and designers love our new showroom.  Once the project was nearing completion and we were lined up to move in, our Pindler Project manager had to cancel their trip due to unexpected circumstances and Gardner stepped in and made the move happen and we hit our deadline!  They worked closely with our Michigan Team to insure a smooth process and minimal downtime.   I can not say enough about the Gardner Team and would highly recommend them for future projects.  Doug and David are a fantastic father, son team (Which we as a family business can appreciate) and work very well in unison to get the project done on time and as efficient as possible. Eli P.

> Gardner Builders did a master bath and suite project for us in an older home with a complicated floor plan that was quite challenging.  It took many design attempts to get it right and everyone was patient and willing to do yet another plan. The resulting space is architecturally pleasing and a terrific use of space that fits our older home perfectly. The tradespeople were professional and did beautiful work, with craftsmanship we truly appreciated. > Gardner Builders remodeled our large kitchen, powder room, and master bath over 15 years ago.  After interviewing Gardner Builders we knew they understood our project vision and were capable of delivering what we wanted, where others discouraged us and sought simplification.  Doug Gardner was always on top of every move that was made.  He was never satisfied with just okay and made sure everything was done to his high standards.  Over approximately 3 months we had daily conversations with Doug, never found the worksite a mess, and we never had even a moment of frustration.  Our finished project was gorgeous and when he said the project was done it was...and we weren't writing a punch list.  It was Doug's work that captivated our buyers and our home sold in just a few days.

They initiated the planning and design of the improvements, and were able to re-do our Rutt Cabinets and improve on our kitchen organization. What I especially appreciated about the business is that it's run by a family who's adult children were skilled in meeting my needs, handled the design, and even the electronic invoice. Well done!

Doug Gardner helped us redesign the whole floor plan and all the finishing touches.   A few years later we hired them to finish our basement and upstairs bathroom.  We needed a new roof we called Gardner Builders because we knew he would get the best roofers for a fair price.  The workmen were always clean and respectful, something I value with workers in my home.  I would never hire anyone else for our next project. > I live in a house that was built in 1951. I took ownership of house in August 2009. It needed a major make over plus it had a crawl space where pipes burst the previous owner didn't know about causing mildew problems & warped floors as well. Gardner builders, Inc where highly recommend to me. After meeting with the owner, Doug, I knew he was the person I wanted to redo my house! Mildew problem  & warped wood floors fixed, a brand new kitchen, have wood floors through out house, they all restained. Turned out absolutely awesome! Inside of house repainted. A cement porch was added. Last but not least complete new landscaping done! Old trees/bushes cut down, new trees, plants, bushes planted. I moved in Friday after Thanksgiving 2009. In 3 months a complete make over completed. Starting in summer of 2010 and over the next 5yrs thru 2015 have had Windows replaced. Have 18 Windows which includes 2 picture windows in living room.  Again awesome work done, completed quickly, no messes left behind. Had a complete make over for a downstairs half bathroom in March 2015. Having a full bathroom makeover this week, starting March 11th. Doug and his son Chris have done a great job these last 6yrs! All the workers are extremely friendly, extremely professional, all projects finished by completion dates that where promised. I can go to work & have workers in house. I have 100% trust in them!!!I would highly recommend Gardner builders, Inc!!!

**Q: What are the dimensions of this kitchen, and also the island?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Who is your textured laminate supplier? We are a cabinet company in Michigan and I have a client that is in love with the finish and grain pattern on these cabinets. Thanks for any information you can provide.

A: Great design, really like the tile wrapping up the wall and above the window.
