> We had a good experience with Korey as our contractor. He helped us think of things we hadn't considered to make our design better. The quality of the work done by all the builders that came to build our project was great.  Work went very quickly in the beginning. It was fun to see all the progress and we really enjoy and appreciate our new space.  We did have some challenges, especially when it came to the cabinets. We had to wait and extra couple of months for completion because the cabinet maker was very busy. I will say that the cabinets look beautiful and are of good quality.  Communication could be a little tricky, we often didn't know when workers would be coming, they just kind of showed up sometimes, however they were always respectful, skilled, and pleasant to have around. They were willing to do whatever we needed to do including providing cords for appliances and returning to be sure that they were installed correctly, that was over and above our contract. The project came in a little under the projected budget which was a nice surprise.

> Korey, Kevin, and Brian with SALT were fantastic.  I love the work they did and my basement turned out even better than I expected! They were easy to communicate with and always were there to answer questions or concerns.  Super cool guys!  All of the subs they sent over were very nice and professional and did a great job.  Took a little longer than what was originally planned, but I know that's how construction goes so I had planned on that and it didn't bother me too much.  The job came in right at the bid Korey gave me and I don't feel like he gouged the price at all (which is common when contractors find out you live in Draper!). I'm so happy with my beautiful new basement.  It looks custom but I didn't have to pay custom prices.  I highly recommend using SALT Builders for your basement or remodeling projects!
