The owner sat down and explain the work to be done and the options I had. A time line was given to me to complete repairs. Not only did the work get completed in a timely manor as promised, i also got an upgrade in the materials used with very little change in price. Matt worked with me without trying to bleed my pockets. Find that somewhere else! His crew was quick, clean, courteous, and done outstanding work. Unfortunately, the fireplace was already built and in place. I know exactly how is was created and could replicate it.
