> We have worked with Susan Collins for the past 22 years. The first time was our home in West Vancouver and ten years later, she updated it.  This past summer, we moved into a townhouse and Susan helped us coordinate and select new finishes and furniture for the entire home. This included the design of two built-ins, that look like they have always been there. Her two choices of paint colours are amazing - they change with the reflected light as though we have many different colours of paint. The trades people she works with or recommends are professional and they take pride in their job and clean up after they are finished. We love our new home with it's amazing view and new interior design. We are constantly being complimented on the look and the comfort of our home. We would, and have, recommended Susan to our friends.

This fireplace facing is a Cultured Stone product called River Rock.

This material is natural slate. It was from Dal Tile and the colour name was Silver Grey tumbled slate \#TS72. It came in various sizes.

This plan should allow a space 12'0" wide, taking into account the minimum setbacks required. That should be plenty of space for an RV.
