It isn't often that you do a project and end up with a family friend but Pat is that guy. He still answers the phone when I contact him to ask for help maintaining my home. > We hired Jefferson Homes to build our custom home.  Pat Stack is a gentleman and helped us every step of the way from land acquisition to design, to construction.  Going through the design and selection process can take time and often includes some last-minute changes.  Pat was very accommodating and patiently explained our possibilities.  The end result is a   unique home that we love and the quality has been tremendous.  One area of concern was keeping water out of the basement as this area has very high groundwater.  After 9+ years, we'eve never hard a hint of a problem.
