This six figure project was a total demo and rebuild from the studs-up. Pete took our rough designs and ideas, and turned them into precise CAD drawings for design approval and estimating. Pete's pricing schedule was upfront and transparent with all original material receipts sent to us. There were no hidden fees, labor costs or upfront money required. Pete has an impeccable design eye and always had the perfect fix for the small problems that arose with design versus contractor reality. He earned our trust and friendship during this large scope project. He is a family man with family values that extends to his business practices. Pete is a consummate GC professional with over 20 years of experience. > > Our custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets built by St. John are the epitome of quality and craftsmanship (no nails, staples, presswood or MDF). We now have an enlarged master suite with private entry, custom walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The amazing master bath has dual shower heads, lots of glass, a bench and river rock pan. Solid bamboo cabinets, dual vanity with quartz counter tops push this bathroom over the top. Our granite kitchen countertops (20' x 12') and granite island (9' x 4') are striking in every detail. The huge dual patio covers are so well built and added significant living space. The skip trowel finish on all walls and ceilings with bullnose corners throughout gives the entire house a clean, custom finished look. The new HVAC system, ductwork, gas hot water heater, LED lighting throughout and R40 insulation in the attic make our home energy efficient and so comfortable. Buying all our upgrade appliances and hardware through St. John contacts gave us prices and savings that even the big box could not equal.
