•Pre-Construction Services: We can help you understand the issues faced by anyone building a new home in Central Florida. Questions about setbacks, impact fees, permit fees, water and sewer services, electrical service, HOA regulations, environmental concerns, soil testing, and surveys are just a few of the things that need to be taken into consideration, and we know how to get the answers.

•New home design: We can help you design the perfect home for your family, and we can help you “value engineer” your design and adjust your specifications to fit your budget. We coordinate the drafting and engineering of your plan to ensure a complete set of working drawings that we can use to obtain a building permit and an accurate budget.

•Financing: We have banking partners that will provide financing during the construction of your home. Our construction lenders understand our business and make it easy for you to obtain construction financing at competitive rates.

•Selections of Interior Finishes: We have Design partners with Showrooms where you can make the selections for your new home. Whether it is cabinets, flooring, countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, or appliances we will guide you to the best resources we know of to look at and purchase the products you want. We provide you with a generous cost allowance for these “finish items” based on your budget. The allowance amounts can be included in your contract so you can get financing for those items, if desired.

•Regular communication: You can expect to receive frequent communication to keep you “in the loop” on the progress of your new home. In addition, we want to answer any questions you may have and ensure that you know what to expect at each stage. We make ourselves available by e-mail, text message, telephone, or in-person as-needed.

•Construction: We have over 30 years of experience in new home construction, and we actively supervise all work to keep the job moving forward smoothly. When your new home is finished, we guarantee that it will be clean, complete, and move-in ready, with all required inspections passed, a CO in hand, and sub-contractors and suppliers paid-in-full.

> We relocated from Ohio to Florida in 2012 and used Fortress Construction Group to construct our home. Charlie and Dean were a pleasure to work with and very trust worthy. You cannot beat the personal attention to details and flexibility you receive when building with Fortress Construction. The majority of our correspondence was by phone or internet so it was important to us to have a builder we could trust. Charlie and Dean were very helpful in making suggestions for the house as we were not familiar with Florida construction technique's. On our trips to see the house Charlie was very accommodating of any changes we requested. It very hard to visualize your home by looking at a blueprint so it was important to us that our builder be flexible and be able to make changes based on our onsite visits. Fortress Construction built our dream home at a very competitive price and exceptional quality. Construction time was spot on we told Charlie when we wanted the house completed and the house was ready as promised. The eighteen months we have lived in our new home have been trouble free with no repair issue's. My wife and I are still amazed that after living in our home for eighteen months we still see people drive by slow, stop and look and on occasion stop and take pictures. If we ever down size from this house you can be sure we will use Fortress Construction to build our next home.

Great looking racks! Any additional pictures if the cellar? Was it done by a cellar specialist or general contractor?

A: my trim Carpenter did this work for me and my painter stained it. Tile Guys installed the stone.
