Our project manager, Matt, rarely returned calls or responded to messages. We often had no updates and were left guessing about the status of the work. > > Sod Installation: > The sod was installed before the mulch and irrigation system were completed, resulting in a very poor-quality finish. The surface is uneven, with noticeable bumps and sunken areas. Although we received a partial credit, it did not cover the full amount, and we will now have to spend significantly more to fix the area and reinstall the sod properly. > > Material Quality: > The garden mix used to fill the cedar planters contains numerous hard lumps and appears to be of poor quality. > > Irrigation System: > The irrigation system was installed without any consultation. When we requested adjustments — even offering to cover additional material and labor costs — our requests were ignored. As a result, the system will need to be readjusted next spring. > > Patios: > In two of the three patios, the polymeric sand was applied improperly and will need to be redone in the spring. > > Fence: > The metal fence was delivered with numerous scratches.
