My home is 5 years old and the stucco has started to fall off on its own. We contacted Desert View and all they could say is that the house only has a 1 year warranty. We had a stucco specialist come out to give us an estimate on the repairs and quoted us $15000. He said the metal lath was not attached properly to the structure there cousing the stucco to lump and fall off. I even contacted the sub-contractor that installed the stucco and he aknowledged hiring inexperienced workers.
