Trinice, my salesperson, was texted photos and "taking care of it." > > February delivery: order paid in full for delivery. The wrong cabinet that was delivered in January was apparently not even addressed so the installer wouldn't install, the replacement cabinet is fine but the drawers don't fit and the countertop company won't measure until everything is installed. > > April: Trinice won't answer voicemails and emails. Was told my cabinets would be delivered 6 weeks from the day I ordered back in December, it is now April and I still after multiple attempts do not have my total order in. The sales person I had missed the first appointment we had set up and when I called to ask why he stated they were backed up and he had plenty of business and could take of leave mine. Very rude! After some of my cabinets started to come In but wrong and not all delivered, when speaking to said sales person again he would tell me he is going on vacation and would deal with it when he gets back but not on a Thursday I called him. Measurements were taken wrong by the same sales person and my installer has had to work around the many mistakes.
