We are a family owned firm of over 30 years that specializes in residential home plan designs. We offer pre-designed house plans (stock plans), modifications to house plans, and custom home design services. 

Based just north of Atlanta, in Woodstock, Georgia, William Lindy Residential Designs is a family run business with character and integrity as its foundation. As former home builders, we have in-the-field experience which provides an important perspective in home design. Keeping good design fundamentals in mind, we build each plan on the computer in a three dimensional model (3D), assuring that even complicated roof systems and design changes work with the floor plan. Additionally, we consider building material costs and options while balancing functionality and style. It is important to us to design a home that achieves your goals. > We hired Kevin Lindy to design a house for us in Cashiers NC.

> We had nothing but problems as he never did what he said and never would return calls.

> He left our design unfinished after taking our payments. We tried and tried to work with him but he would not do what he said.

> This may have been a good company at one time when his father owned it but I do not recommend it now. We have to hairs a new real architect now after three months and nothing to Shaw but a drawing we do not like.

> The problem is his lack of communicating. He has not returned any calls to me or my builder.
