We had heard all of the horror stories and it seemed a foregone conclusion that every project goes over budget and takes longer than anticipated. In our case, we stayed on budget and met our deadline. Bert and his team were always accessible, patient, reliable, prompt and detail oriented. On top of that, Bert is a lovely, trustworthy and kind man. The quality of the work is simply amazing. We could not be happier with our beautiful two-story guest house (which includes two gorgeous bathrooms and the most beautiful built-in cabinets I have ever seen), new driveway, patio, and outdoor space. Bert transformed our least favorite part of the house and property into our favorite. We know it’s crazy, but part of us is sad the project is over because we miss seeing the guys every day. A: Christy, That's a little too far for us to go. We're up in Topanga Canyon. The door was made by a company named Fensterman, LLC. 619.665.9446. The owner is named Ingo. They have made several doors for us, but need quite a bit of hand-holding. You'll need a contractor, or at least a good door hanger on board. That door you like is actually a pivot door.
