Very nice, very professional, respectful of my home and needs, answered all questions and explained what was going to happen; when water would be off and the length of time. > I've actually had two experiences where I've used this company. My first experience was about 6 months after moving into my new house when all of a sudden nothing was going down my toilet without it being flushed 3 times. We'd recently had a huge rain storm and I was so paranoid about having my first home that I remembered all the horror stories you read on the internet about previous homeowners not disclosing something wrong with the property that I immediately thought I was going to have to have all new plumbing. I searched around the area for a plumber and actually came upon this company because it was the only one I could find with a website and some information. The owner's son actually came the night I called and was very nice and respectful (he took his shoes off at the front door everytime he came in even after I told him he didn't have to) and found an old toothbrush my son thought would be fun to flush down the toilet.
> My second experience came when I thought my washer was leaking. A repair man from my home warranty came out to take a look and said nope not the washer it's the drain next to the washer not draining properly and we don't work on those. Again I called this company and again the owner's son came right out and took care of the issue. He was a little worried that the clog might be at the sewer pipe and he told me if that was the case he wouldn't charge me, but would give me the number to a company that could fix that. Lucky me it didn't come to that, yeah!
