Owner, Rich Loverde, graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Architecture and holds a contractor’s license in both California and Nevada. In 1970 he accepted a position with Perini Land and Development Company at Lake Tahoe and became the Project Manager for development of the Chambers Landing project in Homewood on Tahoe’s Westshore. His responsibilities covered planning and design, environmental documentation, the entitlement/permit processing as well as construction.
