They are beautiful. We got the electric motor shades. There is no pulling or dealing with cords. Our windows are tall and wide and there are quite a few of them. I didn't even think when I bought them that their power comes from batteries. All these years later the batteries start to fail. My shades didn't work. Then I found instructions how to refill the batteries. Still didn't work. Well, there's a little button with set amounts of time to reset for different things. I put in an Crisis SOS call to D-Lux who sent Kaitlyn out. Kaitlyn fixed EVERYTHING and even set up favorites so no matter where I adjust during the day or night, one press of favorites takes them back to my favorite place to have them. Her expertise and willingness to make this all work so impressed me. I love the shades again.
