It involved the remodeling of a house built in 1910 and used for many years up until time of purchase as a rental property. At some point the owner erected a shabby 3-room structure on the same lot, also used as rental property. To do it right the older structure had to be torn down to the studs, and the other structure had to be torn down with its square footage added to the original house in a fashion that made it look as if it had always been a part of that structure. > > To put it simply, Holly & Associates proved to be the best prime contractor we ever used, better than any we had ever heard about. > > Why? INTEGRITY - their word was their bond. Their honesty was impeccable. RESTORATION - they knew, had experience with, and had mastered restoration of historic properties. As was expected, there were some delays with the subcontractors and a few other glitches along the way, but Cory the project manager and Mike the onsite superintendent were always available to iron out the issues and keep the project on track. Winemaking was able to proceed as needed, and Holly & Associates successfully finished the remaining scope in an operational winery. > > The project was completed just on time, as promised.
