I purchased a home from them and have to say how disappointed I have been in their customer service and follow up. Started with wrapping up items at closing with delays in completing work, appliances and clean up. Fast forward to warranty and one year work.. they do not follow up, state they scheduled the work and no workers arrive. Days you don’t have scheduled workers arrive and of course you are out of town. When finally they attempt to work on nail pops they don’t fix them correctly and leave you with no painting for months. Finally had to go out of pocket 4k to fix things so that it preserves my home. Caution all buyers and beware.
