He answered all my questions and even took the time to educate me on caring for plants we already had that they wouldn't even be working with just so I would have the knowledge. Aaron also showed great concern for the turtle that lives in our backyard and suggested we keep her inside while they worked. **Comment from Second Nature Landscaping:**

> Mr. Simon's grass steadily improved after we began the service, by his own admission. As the hot summer approached, mr. Simon contacted us to let us know he was unsatisfied with the way the yard was looking. The first complaint that was ever received about the condition of his yard we immediately scheduled an appointment to look at the yard with him there to figure out what was going on and correct the issue. WE showed up for the scheduled appointment at the scheduled time and he was not there. We waited 15 minutes past the scheduled time, and still the customer was a no-show. We moved on to other appointments and when the customer finally got home, he called irate and told us that if we wanted his business we would be back within 15 minutes. We were unable to return at that time and yet he is upset with us, when he stood us up for an appointment to address his concerns.

> Mr. Simon never gave us the chance after not showing up to give him any information on his lawn. He called the office, pissed off, and was quite rude to the secretary, stating that "if we wanted any more of his money, we would be back within 15 minutes". We were not more than 15 minutes away, however, we had other appointments scheduled and could not return. at that moment. It was our intent to return to the office and call him to discuss his lawns condition after our scheduled appointments for that day, however within an hour of him missing his appointment, we had a nasty review left, long before us returning to the office that afternoon to call him. We did inspect his lawn and found massive amounts of damage to the lawn by the water and goose droppings all over the lawn. This is classic goose damage to the area by the water as many in this area can attest to when overrun by Canadian geese. You can see completely bare dirt in that area, not grass loaded with weeds, but bare dirt. This is the damage that they cause. We would have been happy to speak to him about the options to prevent/ get rid of the geese and help rejuvenate his lawn, but we were never given the opportunity to do so.

>  If we are running late for whatever reason to an appointment (traffic or schedules, etc) it is our responsibility to call the customer, not the other way around. If Mr. Simon was going to be late, it was his responsibility to let us know, not expect us to do so or wait around indefinitely. He could have easily called the office and let our secretary know that he was going to be late and we could have rescheduled the appointment for him or walked the yard and called him later to discuss. Most of our service calls do not require the customer to be at home. It was his specific request for a meeting which was scheduled a the time he called. it was he that blew us off, not the other way around.
