For someone who constantly says he is in high end renovations, this doesn’t make any sense. No reputable contractor would ever solicit business through direct mass mail. Jaimie is a good salesman but that’s all. He over-promises and under-delivers. When caught lying, he disappears and doesn’t respond. His company may be good to install your trim and bill you ridiculous sum for it, but don’t rely on them for anything structural. He caused so many issues on our house (incorrect framing, incorrect grading, leaking window, the list is too long to mention here). Had to fire him from our job because he was so incompetent. This was a big job of removing 5 20 foot sliding doors and putting new ones in. Not an easy job. They had to install doors, fix moldings stucco the whole back of the house and paint. Again I’ve dealt with a lot of builders but I was blown away by the work of John and Handyman. Clean professional work done in the fastest possible time.
